Their tariff or price plan gives them data, minutes and text allowance that they could use for that billing period. There’s a wide selection of phones to choose from for those who are planning to join O2 and get a pay monthly plan. They have corresponding upfront fee and monthly fee. If calling from your O2 mobile, call O2 phone number 202 instead.
Have you tried calling us? You can reach us on 202 from your O2 mobile or 0344 809 0202 from any other mobile or landline.

Once your contract expires, you would be eligible to upgrade to a new phone. However, there’s also a way to upgrade to a new device even if you’re still under an active contract with O2 Refresh. Go to http://www.o2.co.uk/refresh and select the device of your choice. Another way to get this service is by calling this O2 customer service phone number. You may also visit an O2 local store to get the assistance that you need about getting O2 Refresh. Use the http://www.o2.co.uk/storelocator to find the nearest store in your place. Enter your town name or postcode on the appropriate field and click the search icon.
When you get O2 Refresh, your bill would be split into two. One half is for your airtime plan or the bill you pay for your credits and the other half is the device plan, which is the bill for your phone.
Trade in your device with O2 and use the amount for paying your device plan. Once your device plan is paid, you could upgrade to the latest phone or the model that you want anytime. If you have an old device, you may also participate in O2’s recycle program.
Go to https://www.o2recycle.co.uk/ to search for your device model and get a quote for it. O2 promises to give the highest possible price that they could offer. If you decide to sell your old device, choose the sell option. Send it to O2 to the address provided and the money would be sent to you. You could choose to be paid on the same day using the fast payment, which would deposit the money directly to your bank account. Not only you would earn cash for this, but you would be able to help the environment through the recycling project. Moreover, it also helps young kids in the UK to improve their lives.

Unlike Pay Monthly or contract customers that pay their monthly bills, customers under this plan add credits by topping up. If you have this plan, you would be charged for every minute, text and data that you use. You need to have enough balance in order to use the service. Messages would be sent to you to remind you when you’re running out of credit. You would then eventually be directed to top up your account. There are also various ways to check your balance to determine how many credits you still have and here are some of them:

Your Pay As You Go account can be used not just in UK, but in over 200 countries around the world and in more than 400 networks. The O2 Travel also lets you use the Internet in a lower rate if traveling on different places in Europe.
Voicemail can also be used even when you are traveling abroad. When you listen to your voicemail messages, it would be like calling to the UK so you would be charged the same rate. However, if you don’t listen to your voicemails, you wouldn’t be charged anything for receiving them. Make sure that you know your PIN for your voicemail as you may be asked to enter it when you access your voicemail outside UK.
Dial O2 number for voicemail 901 from your device and you would be either sent directly to your messages or as mentioned, you may be asked to enter your PIN. You should setup a PIN to ensure the security of your messages. When you first use O2 phone number 901 or if you reset your phone, you would be asked to set your PIN. If you wish to change your PIN, you may do so by calling 901, pressing * and selecting 4 for the option.
Ah, okay. Have you tried dialling 901? DM us more info, we'd like to help. https://t.co/5pyLDJBC6r
— O2 in the UK (@O2) August 13, 2017
Follow the instructions to change your PIN. In case you forgot your PIN, it can be reset by texting the word RESET to O2 help number 802901. A temporary PIN would be sent to you. Once you receive it, change the PIN to the one that you like by following the steps provided. Keep it difficult for others to guess but easy for you remember. However, if you don’t want to use your voicemail and you wish to turn it off, dial O2 help number 1760 to disable it.
It’s recommended that you set your network connection to manual instead of automatic. This is because if you’re near borders and your phone is set to automatically use the network that it detects, you may be charged roaming fees. If it’s set to manual, then it wouldn’t connect you to other networks in case you lose your O2 signal.
