    *Why after 69 days, 6 letters (5 unanswered) and 2 telephone calls are we still waiting for debit cards for a new joint account opened in June 2016?
    *Why when i finally writes on 28 Sep saying he needs to speak to us to meet relevant security checks does he not call us?*Why does he not give a direct contact number but expects us to once more wait for ever on the 123 123 number?
    *Why no response during all of this time from our local Santander branch, who received copies of all of the above letters?
    * Why, having used them before, are they no longer allowing access to our three accounts?
    talks of “high levels of customer service”. Can we now at last expect some?
